We aim to dispatch all orders on the day they are placed (subject to stock availability).
U.K orders
*Standard Delivery : £3.95 (Free for orders over £100)
*Express Delivery : £6.95
Standard uses Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. A signature will be needed upon delivery so please give an address where you will be available.
Express uses Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be needed upon delivery so please give an address where you will be available.
*Express service guarantees next working day (not Sat or Sun) delivery on orders placed up to 1pm on weekdays only.
If you are not available to sign for your order when delivery is attempted your postman / woman will leave a card. This will explain how to re-arrange delivery or where the parcel can be collected from. (usually your local sorting office )
International orders
Europe 2 or less items: £8.00
Europe 3+ items : £12
Rest of the world 2 or less items : £12
Rest of world 3+ items : £18
Please note:
Overseas orders must be made using a credit card
All overseas orders must be delivered to the billing address.
If your order is being delivered to an EU country then your bill will include VAT.
If your order is being delivered outside the EU then you will not be charged VAT, but you may need to pay your country's customs and import charges when you receive your goods.
UK includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands - Jersey and Guernsey.
EU: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

If you’re not happy then nor are we.
If you have a problem with an Embers Merino garment then you can return it to us free of charge up to 14 days after you receive your goods.
We’ll quickly organise a replacement or a refund. All you need to do is complete the returns section on the invoice and send it back to us along with your goods.

If you return an item please remember to get a proof of postage from the Post Office. Keep hold of it until we’ve completed the returns process.
