Embers Merino is the creation of two energetic people from opposite sides of the globe, who share the same ideas, drive and direction.
The outdoors is central to the Embers way of life yet we also enjoy the best that urban life has to offer.
If you live this way, our clothes are for you.
We design for those who won’t compromise between luxury, function and style.
We are motivated by a strong desire to protect the natural world.
Our garments are made purely of New Zealand Merino as it meets our technical and ethical needs perfectly.
Using a natural, sustainably grown product makes perfect sense to us.
There’s a huge choice of expensive synthetic clothes made from cheap oil based fabrics.

We expose ourselves to risk and strip away the superficial elements of human life.

Fit Definitions
All women’s styles are designed specifically for the female body.
Form fit – Hugs the body. Ideal baselayer / sports fit.
Contoured – Slim, smart and stylish. Ideal for day to day or active wear.
Semi relaxed – follows the shape of the body but allows freedom of movement
Relaxed – Cut for freedom of movement
General
Arm, body and leg lengths are cut slightly longer than average to prevent garments from riding up during active use. Please give us a call or drop us an email if you would like further assistance with sizing.
Delivery and returns
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders on the day they are placed (subject to stock availability).
All orders are delivered free within the UK.
U.K orders
Standard Delivery - Free
This is a first class recorded service. A signature will be needed therefore please give a delivery address where you will be available.
Guaranteed Next day Delivery - £6.50
Available on all orders placed before 3pm (A signature will be needed)
International orders
Europe 2 or less items £8.00
Europe 3+ items £12
Rest of the world 2 or less items £12
Rest of world 3+ items £18
Please note:
Overseas Orders must be made using a credit card
All overseas orders must be delivered to the billing address.
If your order is being delivered to an EU country then your bill will include VAT.
If your order is being delivered outside the EU then you will not be charged VAT, but you will need to pay your country's customs and import charges when you receive your goods.
UK includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands - Jersey and Guernsey.
EU: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Wrong size? Wrong colour? Changed your mind?
If you’re not happy then nor are we.
If you have a problem with an Embers Merino garment then you can return it to us free of charge up to 14 days after you receive your goods.
We’ll quickly organise a replacement or a refund. All you need to do is complete the returns question on the invoice and send it back to us along with your goods.
If you’d like to speak us about a return then please give us a call on 01773 821796
If you return an item please remember to get a proof of postage from the Post Office. Keep hold of it until we’ve completed the returns process.
- We do not operate a free returns service for sale / reduced price items. As usual we will happily exchange or refund these items. Any exchange will be re-sent free of charge
- We can only refund the original purchaser
- We cannot refund your original postage costs
